Terms & Conditions — ZC22 Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ZC22 platform, accessible at https://zc22.cam ("Platform", "Website", "ZC22"). ZC22 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. The Platform provides informational content, odds guides, game reviews, payment reference material and related resources covering cricket betting, PSL markets, live casino, slots and sports wagering.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ZC22 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform in any manner, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.

• "Operator" refers to the entity operating the gambling or betting service to which ZC22 may refer or direct users for informational purposes.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before an Operator can process withdrawals or confirm account eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before a withdrawal of any associated winnings can be requested.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.

By accessing any part of the ZC22 Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, downloading any content or using any feature — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction and meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• You accept sole responsibility for verifying whether your use of this Platform and any related gambling services is lawful in your location.

If you do not accept these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access the full features of the ZC22 Platform and any associated gambling services, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Residency compliance: You must not be a resident of, or access the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Single account: Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement, voluntary ban or mandatory exclusion order from gambling services.

To register an account with ZC22, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as required during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if any change occurs. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

During registration you will be required to choose a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

ZC22 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close any account, or cancel any transaction in its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct or a breach of these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZC22 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You are permitted to:

• Browse and read informational content published on the Platform;
• Use interactive tools and guides for personal reference and educational purposes;
• Register and maintain a single account for personal use;
• Contact support through the channels described on the Platform.

You must not engage in any of the following activities when using the ZC22 Platform:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Platform;
• Deploying automated bots, scrapers, crawlers or other software to access or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Transmitting any harmful, malicious or disruptive code, virus or software to or through the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping or any other form of cheating or irregular betting activity;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC;
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or mispricings in bad faith;
• Abusing bonus structures or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including by using multiple accounts or coordinated play to circumvent wagering requirements.

Violation of any of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any pending balance and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the Operator's current cashier terms, payment method availability, applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing timeframes and KYC verification requirements. ZC22 does not process transactions directly; all financial operations are conducted through the Operator's cashier system.

Payments made to or from your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits or withdrawals are not permitted and will be rejected. Any funds received through third-party or irregular methods may be frozen or confiscated pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable KYC verification steps. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal thresholds (for example, PKR 1,000 or as stated in the current cashier) may apply.

ZC22 may from time to time describe or reference bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, cashback arrangements, free bet credits and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to separate, specific promotional terms and conditions that govern eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry dates, game restrictions and maximum withdrawal limits arising from bonus funds.

By accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with the specific terms attached to that Bonus. Key general principles include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Abuse Prevention: The Operator reserves the right to cancel any Bonus and void any associated winnings where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, collusion or breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to use such materials beyond the limited access right described in Section 6.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ZC22. Unauthorised use of Platform content may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZC22 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gambling activity;
• Loss of data, account access or funds resulting from user error, system failure or third-party action;
• Reliance on any informational content published on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform content;
• Any legal consequence arising from the user's decision to engage in online gambling in their jurisdiction.

ZC22 provides content on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability of any content or service on the Platform.

ZC22 reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive or irregular activity is detected;
• The user fails to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to ZC22;
• The account has been inactive for a period defined in the Operator's dormancy policy.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. Closure in non-breach circumstances will be subject to applicable balance withdrawal procedures as described in Section 8.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Where a self-exclusion request has been made, reinstatement procedures will apply in accordance with the Responsible Gambling policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated. ZC22 does not represent that these Terms are valid, legal or enforceable in Pakistan or that Pakistani law permits users to enter into such an agreement for the purpose of online gambling. Pakistani users are reminded of the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and are advised to seek independent legal advice if uncertain about their obligations.

Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through the support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable Operator jurisdiction.

ZC22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. The "Effective Date" header at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Material changes to these Terms — such as changes to eligibility criteria, payment conditions or liability limitations — will be flagged prominently on the Platform where reasonably practicable.
